Digital Sewing Patterns:
All sewing patterns comes a digital file. You can see at each product description if the pattern comes in A4, A0 and/or US letter.
Because they come as a digital file no physical product will be send it you.
Make sure you enter your right E-Mail address and check your spam folder if you haven't received your files after 5 minutes. If you still can't find an E-Mail from us send me a message or Mail with your order number.
Physical Products:

Processing time: All sewing boxes and merch are shipped within 3 business days via Australia Post.

Delivery times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Customs & duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be collected upon delivery. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

International shipping: If your country is not available as a shipping option at checkout, please contact us at hello@sewingwithsolana and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Lost or delayed parcels: Once an order has been shipped, delivery times and potential delays are outside of our control. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, held, or lost due to customs processing or postal services. If your parcel is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office for assistance.
Returns for Merch Drop:
I want you to love your order! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return postage.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, marks, or damage — to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to appear.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
