The Lucy Blouse has a double lined bust part, puffy sleeves with 3/4 length and is tied in the front. Thanks to the darts in the front and also the back the blouses is more fitted around the chest and the gathered end parts make the blouse super fun.
This project is a bit more time intensive compared to for example the Alicia Blouse but the YouTube tutorial is very in depth so I think even if you are new to sewing this can be a fun project for you. I know that I will be making this blouse in so many different colours in the future and next week I will upload a new YouTube video showing you how to make this blouse with long sleeves.
